What we collect

Name, email, phone, address. Dog’s name, age, breed, history, issues. Payments through a third-party processor. Browsing data (IP, pages).

Recordings

Private sessions are recorded in audio, never on video, so you can stay focused on the learning. The guide from that recording lands in the BetterDog App the same day. Pack Walks: public space, filming is expected. We use the dog’s first name, not yours.

Public events

Pack Walks happen in public. Attending means you may be filmed. We focus on the dogs. If you’d rather stay out of frame, tell us.

Under 18

Children’s faces are blurred unless a clearly consented exception. See also the AI policy.

Your rights

Access, correction, withdraw consent, deletion subject to legal obligations. We don’t sell your information.
