Training terms

Cancellation

Cancel within 48 hours of signing. After that, program fees are not refundable. No refunds after training begins, including the first session.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is welcome. We’re human, and training works best when we’re ready for it. Contact your trainer to find another time.

No-shows

All services are paid in advance or covered by a valid pass. If you miss a Life Changer Session or a pay-as-you-go event, there is no refund when your trainer was present and available at the agreed location.

For Unlimited Training Passes, if BetterDog judges repeated no-shows to be abnormally frequent and an abuse of the service, your trainer may disable online booking and require you to book directly with them.

Life Changer support

Your custom Study Guide is available the same day. The Life Changer Session includes 30 days of phone, email and text support. Further in-person training requires a pass or pay-as-you-go booking.

Household fee

The Life Changer Session is one fee per household, every dog included. Same for the Unlimited Pass.

Recordings

Private sessions are recorded in audio, never on video. The guide lands in the BetterDog App the same day. Pack Walks: public space, filming is expected.

Liability

The owner remains responsible for the dog’s behaviour and safety. BetterDog is not liable for injuries caused by the dog, non-compliance, or issues outside sessions.
